05.19.2010 This Sunday my roommate of four years is getting married! Here are some engagement pictures I took a few weeks ago of she and her fiance, Mark. I love you my beautiful friend, congratulations King & Queen :)
Engagement, Portraiture in Engagements 05.10.2010 I've been adding to my little plant family every week or so. After church every now and then we'll stop by the local nursery and I'll take my sweet time deciding which plant to take home. I'll look at the colors, the shapes, the quirks that make them special, from the little fuzzies on certain ones, to the flowers that bloom off others. They're my semi-weekly treat to myself that never let me down. I finally took some pictures of them and while obsessing over the details, my dear one made the sweetest Pumpkin Spice Pancakes for us. I had ran out of milk, but we used chocolate soy milk as a substitute. Random combination, but delicious nonetheless!
05.5.2010 What can I say? This day was filled with incredibly sweet, fun, and unexpected moments - - from adorable children with the perfect outfits, to eating In-N-Out in bridal attire, and petting goats. Yes, goats. What I enjoyed most about this wedding was that you could feel the joy that every guest and family member felt for this couple. It was definitely a space filled with love and I was honored to be a part of it all. Thank you Emily & Jordan for making me a part of your day. It was truly special and I wish you both the best, much love!

Typography in Type 04.7.2010 Erin is actually one of my good friends living here in Silver Lake. She moved to LA from Port Angeles, WA (where Twilight takes place for all you fans out there) to pursue a career in acting, comedy and to experience life in big, bad LA. She's extremely talented and started a comedy website called Danny Marathon. She's done work on TV shows Flash Forward, Modern Family, and many more. So, not only does Erin have talent as an actress (and is extremely beautiful), but she's also working for a non-profit helping young girls learn how to make music. Rad! She's also a pretty mean cupcake baker :)

We've been friends for a while now and I'm so excited to shoot her wedding soon! She and her fiance Jordan are getting married at the end of the month - - - it's been 6 years in the works. WOW.
